I removed both nuts, lock washers, and washers from the E-Box. I can't seem to get this thing off. I certainly don't want to break the case. Am I missing a bolt or something?

I have 2006 SJ that I picked up from a guy who broke his back and the unit ski was only used between 10-15 hours. I swapping this out and moving to ported engine. What is the going rate for these engines. I have an ADA head and 35cc domes still new that were going to go on it. Any thoughts?
