    300/440/550 550 to 650 Conversion

before you do the conversion, your beefy 550 motor probably had MORE power and throttle response than that 650 is going to have with that puny 28mm carb and small restrictive pipe manifold. before you continue, get a pipe, west coast, pjs, kerker, team butch, ext, and a sbn44 carb and intake...

Custom/Hybrid Can't wait! Winter builds ahead! Which one to do??

Ok, so far I've got a full js550 701 conversion on the list. What I really want to do is get the RHAAS pump conversion kit (allows you to bolt in, yes bolt in a 650sx pump into a stock 550 cavity) if they would stop clowning around and release it lol and use the rhaas motor and ebox conversion...

What state do you live in? Most will let you register them. The way I see it stand ups are only going to get more and more valuable

Custom/Hybrid Can't wait! Winter builds ahead! Which one to do??

Nice way to put a 550 to use lol. Though I will never do that to a 550 hull, I'll gladly get rid of a couple 650sx and 750sx turds and shove some lights in those haha

Custom/Hybrid Can't wait! Winter builds ahead! Which one to do??

A unit would be awesome. Now that I think about it, I've got 30 builds to date for myself in the last two years. And quite a few for customers (custom builds for customers) and countless repairs for customers as well as freinds and myself. I think I'm ready to get some business cards and need to...

The one I'm going to is private owned, and is actually meant for people to work out of them. They have shop sinks, water, and electricity.

Custom/Hybrid Can't wait! Winter builds ahead! Which one to do??

I'm thinking about getting a storage unit to set up shop in. My garage is getting too small, I'd love the extra space and storage. My dad owns a big unit he stores his 30ft boat in and I sneak parts into as well, but my own shop would be sweet, besides work, I'd have to find ways to accelerate...

Custom/Hybrid Can't wait! Winter builds ahead! Which one to do??

That's my main concern with that idea, but seems like an awesome ski! The way I see it, I can do around 4 complete projects through out the course of the winter. And that's a nice contender!

Custom/Hybrid Can't wait! Winter builds ahead! Which one to do??

In the winter I always do conversion skis.. That being said, I've got my mind on a couple for this year... 701 Js 550 conversion 750 Js 550 conversion 1100 x2 conversion Or maybe a stroker in my superjet and build a crazy engine for it? Post some ideas, and things you would like to see done...

How much of a difference between 440 and 550?

reed 550's make awesome power, and have a lot more power than the piston port 550 motors.. Bottom end, top end, and reliability and actually efficiency are all benefits that come with the reed valve engines.

No not dreams. That ski was fully capable. But I only rode it twice and obviously couldn't flip it yet and had carb issues.
