I hope I’m wrong but I can’t see the splines being ok after all this trauma. The clearances are pretty tight and even the slightest burr on a shaft spline will keep them from mating. If you force it in you may be asking for trouble.
The midshaft housing will not pull of the front of the midshaft. Most of the shafts have a slight shoulder that won’t allow you to press them on but so deep. The housing has to come off toward the pump.
Mine was older and it was not pinned. Sorry I do not have any information, I had actually forgotten that I had done this has been such a long time ago. Good thing I took those pictures and posted it on the forum
Hahah. It’s great that you came across this thread. I am still running this flywheel. It’s in a et967 now. [emoji6]. I hate to jinxs it but it’s still going strong.
