Ages ago I sold a ac pole to some idiot in canada that said it didn't fit because it rubbed the hood. Ebay allowed him to return it. In his negative feedback I said loosen the crown stupid. Ebay has some idiots in the resolution dept. A tiny shift at the crown is a lot by the back
With the coupler off , put the chamber in there with no gap between the head pipe and chamber. If it still rubs that's all you're going to get. Not a good idea to beat up a chamber. You'll be sorry later down the road on resale.
If there is any Black soot or goop around the area, it's leaking. If not leaking, clean it with brake clean or similar and goop it up with silicone gasket maker. I've found that a tiny exhaust leak under the hood does not make it run any different. But I mean small
Most trailers that I use, I make sure the ass end of the ski hangs off the back far enough for the straps to shove it forward. I'd just put the hooks in the open blocks the bunks are laying on
Larry Steven's bought all of xft crap from Brazil. Opened a shop 1 stop sign from my house and redesigned the xft into the PJX hull. He took so long coming out with it, the window of opportunity slammed shut on his fingers and he only sold a few hulls and went out of business. He had one for...
Trendsetters Steve bought 2 wdk rokr hulls and built one with the pos wdk 1200 motor. Nobody could ride it or get on plane since it had the shortest rideplate made. It took every grunion of my muscle to get up on that pos but it did off idle flip. Pretty sure there is a vid of that on here from...
Some old guy let me borrow some ancient book on 2 stroke tech ages ago. Primitive crap for sure but porting and the expansion chamber are the keys to power.
I didn't look but maybe this was posted before.
I recorded a bunch of movies off Cinemax that they showed for free.
Old 2004 movie Into the blue, with Paul walker and Scott Caan. Me and my chick start watching and here's 2 Polaris octanes on the dock. Next scenes are those 2 throwing down...
I've got that -2 off the back stock bottom deck glass light top deck that larry sarinana built and competed on ages ago. He made those QSM Quick style motorsports hulls. Vengeance and something else I think. I had a maxed out 800 motor in it but I didn't really like the way it didn't stick to...
Oh no. That motor was a total nightmare joke . The guys from Santa Rosa bought one and they had to send it back 3 times with multiple issues. Total pos that was hack built more than once.
It depends on what 900cc motor it is and how on the ragged edge of max power its creating. Comp 900 motors put out more power than a lot of 1200 motors but usually bigger is better. I don't agree with a lot of guys that say start small and work your way up. I say get the most power you can...
