Depends on what you are wanting to achieve . I'd Bypass a bunch of lower rungs of the ladder and get a quality capable hull that has enough power to make up for your lack of knowledge on how to do barrel rolls and backflips. All I wanted to do was jump and get air. Rolls next and then flips...
You can put stock ignition on any motor but performance will be less for sure. Heavier flywheel and you'll lose throttle response snap. Colder spark and worse timing curve decreases power too. I've got a couple Dada 1000s with enhancers and light flywheels and they rip pretty good
Mark Baxter was power factor and he was the Polaris guru so that could be some of his work. I had his phone number and talked to him years ago about an octane I got and he worked on. Maybe you could track him down. It couldn't have been much of a beast with that single carb setup on there
That's a Polaris Octane adaptor plate bolted to what is obviously the 3 bolt pattern of Polaris cylinders. Not sure what cylinder that is with the powervalve blanks and bolted on those yami cases. Polaris cylinders are individuals as far as I've seen
The quality you get from China depends on what they send you. Nothing more nothing less. You don't get what you ask for and there ain't nothing you can do about it after you get it.
If you used an oem 90 from a kawi, the threads are smaller than the aftermarket 90s that the B pipe uses. I had the same thing happen to me a few years ago. I threw out the oem and put inan AM in about 2 seconds. I think I was using the oem one that had the oem flush fitting
20 years ago I made and sold rear sponsons for the sxr. Basically the same design as the tbm jsu ot R$D. Only I made them out of hdpe from taps plastic. I also made them for kawi 650 and 750 but depending on the distance from the rail to the side of the hull was the determining factor on how...
Sxr has 80 hp stock and BP 750 has 75. I wouldn't chase any high dollar 800 motor when 750s are much cheaper. 800 cases are different but nothing that some simple porting wouldn't equal up. 750 ported cyl would out perform any 800
Yea rolls and nose stabs are about it on any oem hull unless you ride ocean waves at 4' or more. If you don't mind destroying your hull, I suggest you never jump straight again. Cranking the bars and gassing it is the only way you are going to figure rolls out. I didn't really read what you...
My new Miller beater. Blew up my last green hurricane 760 at the end of season before last and the hull was wasted so I kicked it aside. Rode the fake rickter and the tigercraft FV pro a bit this and last year. kind of like the hurricane for chasing boats and this came up. First ride today
Call msd and ask if they'll test it. I've had them test 2 for me years ago. And you can bypass the triggers with a jumper wire at the plug ins. It'll spark every time you connect the 2. I just called but they were already closed
You brought a friend I thought. There wasn't anybody there to test but you guys I vaguely remember. I don't even remember why I was there. Long way from home. That black Chan with the yellow flames sure been passed around. Somebody came for parts the other week and said his buddy got it for ass...
