Is the motor a turd and has no power or is the pump slipping like your original post indicated? If it’s slipping the wheel then adding more power is only going to make the problem worse.

Is your pump sealed up to the pump shoe? If it’s sucking air and impeller is cavitating it won’t hook up, especially on the bottom end

My thoughts were to drill and tap the pump housing and bolt them on with some m6 x1.0 cap screws with some epoxy between to bond them on. My thoughts are the the o ring receiver on the front does most of the work, the front feet would just need to help disperse some of the load the nozzle ears...

My concern is if a round tube warps it tightens up in some points and pulls away on opposing sides. You can turn away the tight spots but where it’s pulled away the radial clearance will be wide and the pump may not perform like it does now.

I do have the feet if you’re brave enough to give it a whirl

Careful, I believe the ears are welded on prior to final boring of pump tube. I tried tig welding to a similar wall tube to test the feasibility of exactly what you’re doing and the tube went out of round enough I didn’t wanna risk it with a expensive pump.

By the looks of your wear ring you have been making big rocks into little rocks. Is the back of the blades and leading edge of your stator vanes beat up too? If the debris made it in far enough it will have likely smeared around the face of the stator too

I would take one too if a few pre sold would make a run worth while

Just bend up some tabs and drill a hole in the one end and bolt on with the ring mounting bolts. In my experience you should have two on each side anyway. The single bungee on each end doesn’t hold well for freestyle, will just snap the one. Two on each side will take a lot of abuse

We were thinking about coming to check it out but after watching the video, now having second thoughts How many people got their sculls bashed by their own ski from ditching the ski mid flip or the next nutcase jumping on them?

I have the same box and mine was just under 4”x 6”x10” The bottom corner is notched out to clear the steer cable passing by and the top edge is angled slightly to lay against the hull specifically for the DVX and Helium hulls but I have found those angles to work nice in other hulls too. Sorry...

WD -40 is a solvent and not a good preservative, it will wash oils off and evaporate leaving parts very bare and exposed over time. Spray some on something and watch it over the course of a few weeks and see what remains. Better off using fuel mixed with heavy premix two stroke oil, Like 10:1...
