flush with botttom is not great for flat water. Ski does a chine walk and is unstable at speed. Best position is 1 cm above lowest position of hull. My 2 cents. Been there

Hi Wetbuffalo.....see my pic......new piston needs to be modded to same profile as old to get the rotation and clearance.....can I use my artistic and engineering skills with a dremel to to do the mod.....and then balance both pistons using a scale down to 1 gram ?.....or is there more tooling...

yes....rear pot is darker than front pot....neither is oily to touch...quite dry....u think I should richen up rear carb a 1/4 turn on highs

Hi I am getting ready to do a top end refresh and just realised i never ordered a TPE 1105 cylinder base gasket.....I have a spare DASA base gasket for my DASA 900, ....anyone know if it will work.....dont want to strip motor if I have to wait 2 weeks to get a TPE gasket from the US tks a mil

The two bolts mount to the hull inserts by the motor mounts and the one without the bolt mounts to the top of the bed plate front motor mount

These work better than Kenny keepers as they also stop the motor from hitting the hood in back flops

Anyone know where to get new two sealing outer rubber bands that get squeezed between the front and rear cups.....they are not typical o rings i.e. rounded..these have square edges...any advice very welcome...thank you
