My old freak after I sold it to danor.
He had it painted and Bob holds
Jeff Jacob's 1998 world finals back up motor. 8mm stroker 82mm pistons
cast dasa pv cylinder. I pulled this running gear out of a 62mph superjet but it had a speedwerx dry pipe at that time
You can also just plug the black and white stop plug into the red and brown on the box side and hit the red button to see if it's bad green button wiring
When you installed the solenoid , are you sure you put the battery and starter cables on the correct posts? Reversed and it won't work when you hit the button. And it cranks when you short across those 2 posts with a screwdriver?
There is no difference unless one has a grease fitting port and the other doesn't. All 94 and up take the big housing and the same shaft. Superjet, fx1 , 93+ B1

The first one I put on looked like crap. The outer didn't want to stay down. This one I contact cemented and then wrapped it with saran wrap until it was dry. Been nailed down for a few years now. A local kid with a squarenose has an ovp and hasn't figured out a pad yet. If you do a search...
You can still put a layer of fairly dense padding down before you put the turf. I have a krash pole and the small piece of pad got chewed so I replaced it with a chunk of those interlocking floor mats. Unless you're a crap rider or getting really crazy , you don't need a chin pad. Ski looks...
Just about every bolt on a ski is stainless steel so antisieze isn't really necessary. Lock tight is to keep bolts from coming loose. I use silicone on threads instead. Keeps them from rattling loose and corrosion barrier
I've seen and had a bunch of mismatch cases. Yamaha are pretty forgiving on needing to be a match. Kawi are more critical. All that is really required is when they are assembled with crank, that there is no binding and everything spins free. Sure is a nice option to just throw a used bottom...
I've never noticed light switch power with quality porting but the crazy Russian got in there and ported his cylinder and I did experience the light switch effect. It was in a pos eme micro thats already basically unrideable. Maybe try water screw adjustment to change where it comes on. Best...
Troubleshooting 101 in the real world means squirting some oil in the spark plug hole and checking it again. If compression goes up, it's the rings. If not, it's the valves. Oil in there will tell you if comp is going by the rings
Yea sounds like gas flowing into the motor thru leaky needle. I've had it bad before and instead of fixing it right away, I'd loosen the gas cap, keep the nose of the ski down when not riding. Pressure in the tank will flood the motor. Do you have to hold the throttle wide open to get it to...
I think the predator was krashes second hull for surf and then they slipped the jb1 in there since it was an in-between length. I could be mistaken since it's been so long and they suck
The 650 manifold has square ports that match the 650 cylinders. Same manifold used on the Polaris Octane. The first head pipes only had 2 screws and just engraved factory pipe. Ive heard them called the A pipe but whatever. Same head pipe used for old kawi 650 and it uses the longer bolts like a...
46s are 46s. If your carbs are tuned and it runs right, you will gain nothing by wasting 660$ on new carbs. Supposedly this chart might work. I'd like to know what exact jets, seats and springs are working in your setup.
Yep I know there are differences and I also know the differences are so insignificant that you could throw any of them on and not know the difference on the turd it's going on. My telepathic assessment of what was wanted was the nozzles with trim. I know what they want even when they dont
Only use trim for the setup wake. Hit it with a little more speed. Very slow makes it spin faster. Don't pull on the bars at all. Keep your arms and legs straight. Try doing the opposite of what you been doing that ain't working. Lol
