Thats REALLY short on the rear! It may only want to BOB, and not plane out. I cut mine back to the middle set of rideplate bolts (about 3.5 inches). It wanted to BOB too much with the short rideplate , so I made a new one that is a little shorter than the stock one. Looking good man!

Just get an OEM RN box, cheapest option for you. You will gave to heat & stretch the exhaust tubes on it, but it goes right in other than that.

This ski rides great with these new mods!! Its been beat on by lots of riders already and is holding up great. I think the wider rail also made it feel like the ski had more 'pop' off the wave, even smaller ones.

Not a beauty queen, but it rips. I try to ride it every weekend possible. Lots of hull mods, LPW 6mm stroker ADA on 81mm bore, JSS everything, MSD enh, 13/19hooker, etc, etc......Need to redo the turf, repair the outside of the hood and repaint. It weighs in at about 320ish wet...

And sand the entire area where you are applying epoxy. Sand down bare with 60grit or so sandpaper. rough up the area really well. Easy job, and there will be more to come. :ugh:
