I learned on a 650sx then bought a superjet...but I also bought a 650sx for my girl, I really had fun on it and it is a really good beginner ski, basically my whole family learned to ride on it. It was an all stock 87 so it had the tiny 28mm carb on which sucked but it was something different...
^the 140mm pump is what holds the 750s back, I would like to see a 750 engine hooked up to a stock 144 yami pump and see which engine is really better..
Let me know if you come around Minneapolis at all this summer, I would like to try out one of Tony's engines...He did the tuning on my 750, the thing should fly!
Dont know your riding conditions but I had a similar problem on my 650sx when I took it to cooler water than it was tuned for, opened up the high jet slowly until it ran great...good luck.
Haha just givin you a hard time about the monster decals, I have a white one on the front of my Icon helmet for my R6, looks like it should have came on the helmet...anyhow you going with that blue design you liked but in green or? Those decals look so sick, if I re-do my SJ its gettin some nice...
Looks good! My vote is still those green graphics I commented on earlier in the thread..but some nice sxi reprints from pwcgraphics.com would look good too..its just to bad monster tastes horrible! haha
Engine looks stock..your rideplate and intake grate are both aftermarket and I have seen the plate before, just cant remember what it is...your intake grate kinda looks like my R&D one..?
^did a "dry" start last night to make sure all my connections were solid and she turned over and sounded strong, just didnt have any fuel in it to actually fire...I still have to wire up the bilge and tweak the steering on it but besides that its ready to go...I think im going to take both my...
