I don't know. Maybe Wedoseadoo will post. "we"doseadoo is a certified wrench for several different manufacturers I believe. His shop also only has one "we". Who knows?
Actually there are standards for certified mechanics. I didn't even say he wasn't certified. To my knowledge not many of the other builders here CLAIM to be certified. Nor do they claim to have a dyno. Asshat!:biggthumpup:J/K

I have always had my suspicions about the whole dyno issue as have a lot of other people. There was a certain new LPW 6mm stroker at Alatoona that had some very large claimed dyno numbers. Talking with this person after he received his motor, he said he was positive that no fuel had ever been...
Yup. So does Tricky. I don't think he really runs anything but TL. I had one very minor issue once where I missed a spot with grease, but got it fixed in a minute and have never had any trouble since. I actually think it's easier to maintain because although it gets wet, it also dries right...
The single channel system you had ran on my boat for a season and it's on it's second season in 2nd nature's ski. Never missed a beat. TL rules!
Actually there really isn't much to go wrong in that area on a TL system. There are no connections in there. I use the MSD grommet with no problems. Most TL issues are attributable to bad ground or positive connections. After that, the various connections from wire to wire are the big...
That is all technically true. My point was that the actual igniton timing doesn't physically change because it's a stroker. Also, most builders use very similar curves for strokers and stockers. The big changes are primarally due to fuel choice and desired performance.
Why do you say this? A stroker's geometry doesn't inherently change ignition timing at all. Other things(port timing ,squish, comression,etc..) might require a substantially different timing curve, but not simply the fact that it's a stroker. A given stator set at the factory location will...
