    xmetal chinpad

Chuck was in a car accident a month or so ago and had to have surgery to repair a crushed ankle and has been out of pocket a bit. He also has a compression fracture in his back.:frown: Leave him a message and I'm sure he'll get back to you as soon as possible. He's beginning to get a bit of...

Or used an epoxy resin, something with more UV protection and out door durablity.[/QUOTE] Epoxies(and almost every other resin system) do badly in the sun. Clear is the only way to keep them looking good. Jeff knows this.

    brearing housing rebuild

The housing itself is usually what goes bad, so you might as well get the whole thing. Aftermarket is WAY cheaper and usually works ok. OEM is upwards of $300 complete. There is a case to be made for usng the existing midshaft since it's splines are mated to your current driveshaft.

    A Man of principle

Ok? Even for $70, that's more than nozzle boring. At least where I get mine bored. Who pays $70 for nozzle boring? Almost any machine shop will do a nice tapered bore for you for $50 or less.

    A Man of principle

Who's doing your nozzle boring? If whoever bores your nozzle charges you more than a set of footholds you need to find a new nozzle borer. I don't know of any name brand footholds that are less than $100. Charles

    xft or wammer

That price is for a visual X7carbon hood. The X4 kit is right at $1000 and includes hoodseal, billet bracket, billet hood hooks(both sides)and nosepiece. The X7 kit comes down in price a good bit if you don't want clear carbon. Mine is NICE!!! It has an extra lip on the inside of the hood to...

    Another one bites the dust

You are right. Done correctly, the rivets are only there to clamp until the adhesive cures. A limiting rope does wonders too. Another good time to have a lanyard also. The cable can go wide open once the pole is broken. Same reason rick roy poles have the threaded rod. Ugly!

sunk and destroyed my SN an hour ago

Mine sometimes gets tangled around the the grip or the chinpad when I do a fountain. I use a wrist type also but have the wrist part girth hitched around one of the vest straps. It can't come off and it also adds about a foot of length to the lanyard.

    ADA 701 O-Rings

The actual combustion ring is the 043. The 024 is the dome to shell seal and the 020 is the ring around the plug area. All I know for sure is that ADA specs Viton for the combustion ring and Buna everywhere else. I can build 10 full kits plus a million extra small buna rings for the cost of a...

    Lamey ~ Hard to start?

I would generally agree with the exception being that really low pop carbs(buckshot) may start fuel moving sooner. Also, who the hell is this Watcon????? Charles

    Lamey ~ Hard to start?

I agree. Well tuned motors should need a prime to start in most cases(when cold). Low pop and small carbs help, but all motors need more fuel when cold. I also agree that the static timing is WAY low, stroker or not. It's not gonna run anywhere near it's potential at 14deg. At least the mid...

I'm thinking you pretty much just shot yourself in the foot here. You've agreed publicly that you said this and seemed pretty happy. Paypal is saying what you want to hear based solely on your side of the story. I imagine Wydopen is saving everything you're saying here and when Paypal sees...
