i live in new hampshire. ocean water is pretty cold here. i run dual cooling just for insurance and even cylinder cooling. I run a restrictor in the 2nd outlet on head before pisser and 1 before the stinger... You dont want your cylinders to run too cool obviously. Do some testing once its set...
its definitely an air leak if the throttle was closed... bad manifold or reed gaskets... wasnt assembled right from the factory. dealer will find that out
i meant the mounting bolts on the reduction nozzle are on the sides on the trim style. ring bolts to sides, steering nozzle bolts to ring on top and bottom.. so yea u either need what u got.. or change out reduction nozzle to older sj so u can get aftermarket turn nozzle
i dont know why they did that... so u could use any sj/blaster steering nozzle. just need the regular nozzle too. with the mounting bolts on top and bottom not the sides..
i dont know whats going on. rode all day today with half 112 and half 93... ran awesome. let ski sit for 2 hours and checked again its at 225 psi! doesnt make sense to me... site says i should be at 185. would being bored 1 mil over make the much difference or is something wrong?? the base...

those tether switches suck on yamahas. mine wouldnt start the other day.. theres 2 tiny springs for start circuit and kill circuit. i had to bypass the start circuit switch..
