Your hood hooks are bent. What condition is your hood seal in? Did the hood line up when you pulled it apart?

It looks like the case is a 62t based on the casting on the case itself. The sticker says 64v, but I don't think that matters. My 97 was bone stock when I bought it and has the 64v sticker and 62t casting like yours.

Napa auto parts will have them. They are a standard linkage pin for heavy/ ag equipment.

There is no exhaust when I open the hood, nor smell of exhaust. Ski ran absolutely fine when I got it for a whole day at sea level. The fuel only sat for three weeks before I rode again. I'm going to pull the carbs and check pop off pressure and take a look at the diaphragms.
