4.688 is fine on deck height for stock ada domes to work
4.682 would be your limit before custom cutting domes
don't go by too much visual on the porting
its best to measure them
any good porting shop can clean them up to look nicer
cylinder honing finish looks worse than the hacked porting to me
rolls are fine, flips are not likely from too much weight without big huge cc hp
my stock '08 was 108 lbs bare after reinforcing the sides and handpole mounting area for bad landings added 10 lbs
so at 118 lbs just not doable
this has worked really well for gas resistance

most later model intake manifolds are 118mm spacing
some of the early manifolds from r&d and rivas were 102mm spacing
if your talking about the air horn where the filter clamps on are usually the same on aftermarket carbs
the plug is a manufacturing access hole from mikuni to drill low speed holes in the opposite side of the bore and done before the throttle assembly is installed
you should pull the head and look at the cyl walls
ada makes 31, 33, 35 and 37cc for the 701 heads
did you have custom ones made at 34?
im assuming you have dual cooling?
are you running water restrictors?
yamaha engine doesn't have to be hot to seize
hot pipe and cold cylinder leads to seizure if not jetted on the rich side
if it's too cold it will surely seize when jetting is on the leaner side
