    Stock exhaust 75 Lows, and 115 Highs, Ignore the #45 return jet. Jetting can be hard to find for Keihin if you plan on going any further performance wise going with Duel Mikuni's is not a bad idea. For a mostly stock boat that jetting should work fine. Don't spend too much time fiddling...

    If you jump into higher compression or change the Stroke and Bore with AM Pipe you will almost have no choice to change the carb. But for now here are the rebuild instructions for the Keihin. if you go to get a rebuild kit just like with Mikuni get a Keihin kit not the aftermarket...

    Really Clean the fuel channels in the Carb, there is a filter in that may be blocked. If the Tank Holds pressure, make sure the Fuel pickups are not cracked. Check your Waterbox, make sure it has not rusted out. Is it Premix, or Oil Injected? Does water come out the Bypass while riding?

    I was wondering if having the Keihin carbs, meant for the sts exhaust, will be an issue with a stock pro exhaust? Yes it was for me. Those Carbs have 135 H, 72 L, 45 RT jets (I think). I got nowhere with he Adjusters alone. the 95 SXi has almost those carbs and the jetting was 115 H, and 75...

    Start with the easy stuff Spark Plugs Plug wires Fuel filter screens, and check if the fuel Pickup is cracked Check Value Are you getting pressure in the gas tank after you ride? Do you have the service manual to test the electronics?

    As a starter, for under a thousand not bad. but in your case since you have been doing Motocross the Superjet may be a better fit. Its more like ridding a Dirt Bike... IMO

    None At all?you may want to pull the plug boots first and trim the Spark plug cable. then if still not working move to the stator and CDI.

    So those were for a 2002, you can not search 1997. In 97 you would have Bought a 96 or a 98 Sxi Pro. You may need to use your ViIN on the Kawasaki site to figure out which you have.
