Roo nailed it mixing and resin with the filler beats any adhesive price wise also. Even using material from us composites milled 1/32" fibers with med. 3:1 epoxy resin. I use this all the time never had an issue
I recall seeing a thread that someone posted all bolt and nut sizes for a superjet I looked all over and could not find it does anyone know the thread?
Thanks
do you mean in the tray area or for connecting to the pump and engine/pipe??
If in the tray go for Stainless 3/8" tubing for the cooling lines, while your in the might as well put 2, then a 1/2" for trim some of the aftermarket companies cables will not fit in a 3/8" tube.
make sure you brace the on the exterior of the mold before separating the plug from the mold so that the integrity of the mold is not compromised. great work though that plug looked amazing the mold should turn out really good
there is adhesive above the pump area and on the rear bondline be carefull not to force anything out cutting around that area would be easiest so that its just the foam holding the tray down
What about making your own that allow you to slide your feet in straight instead of sideways into the hull.. this would not fix the tray being all footholds
Looks good though keep up the good work!
I am looking into buying a BOB hull and was looking to get some input on the performace of the hull in surf. Any pros or cons looking for any information
Thanks

oh nice bet that fits in there real nice i did not think of that!
how was pump alignment?
I mocked mine up with superjet blaster and vxr drive shafts and having the engine placed fairly close to the 300 location the vxr shaft lined up nice and the pump was set at the end of the 300 hull. its...
