Looking good! Next time you have to do turf, you could shape a kick tail wedge shape across the back of the tray out of foam, glass over it, and turf it. That way it would not be such a knife edge leg slicer.

I did bottles in the bottom half and foam sheet in the sides. I reinforced the inside sides and the tray heavily. Little more glass & some CF was added to the tray since these were taken. Will try it out within a month now I hope. You guys are killing the environment and I'm recycling. :pancake:

If you have 8oz cloth you should use at least 2 layers. maybe 3-4 layers in the bondline areas.

Ok, since it is my first stroker build, I was not sure if they generate more heat and need extra clearance. I know Team Scream gives extra ring end gap on their motors for the large exh ports.

Finally setting up my +4mil ADA stroker. How much clearance will the 81mm Wiseco pistons need? How much ring end gap? Same as what Wiseco says for a 701 stocker? TIA

Like sportfish said, read your policies, keep receipts, and ask about adding coverage. Even home policies that extend coverage to boats usaually have a standard boat size limit, like 15ft & 25hp max, for example. Let me add that the home policy only covers boats for the smae type of coverages...
