With the cover on, I'm assuming it was doing the same thing. I could hear the starter spinning, but I never heard the flywheel spin for more than a second.
Please give me some insight on, what will hopefully get my x2 running again.

I got all connections plugged in. I am left with a black wire from stator with a male bullet on the end. I will leave it as is until I can figure out how to remove this stubborn WC pipe head so i can connect the starter cables and finally try to crank this bad boy up.

That is a same diagram I was using. I find it a little confusing. I don't seem to see a stop switch relay anywhere on my ski. Also, with the addition of the WSM cdi, I have an extra wire compared to the diagram. The regulator also doesn't have the white wire that connects to the starter relay...

I was gonna paint my jetski next winter or so. It's a pretty dulled down paint job (stock) so im not really concerned with the paint at this point. My pisser is located up front more so hitting the footwells isnt really gonna happen.

So bringing this discussion back to the water bypass fittings (pissers), I was about to replace all my hoses and began trying to wiggle the pisser hose loose and, of coarse, the fitting snapped right in half, so now I definitely need to by a new fitting.

From factory one lord mount setup will run close to 40 and the other around 26. I just ordered from them. Order the bolts and washers from mcmaster. FP charges a buck and change for most of them and mcmaster wll set up up with I think 10 washers for like 4 buck,so in the long run, its a cheaper...
Same here. I had a Coffman pipe but all the bolts were rusted and ended up snapping most. I bought a b pipe off someone and instead of rigging all the stuff, I just ordered the parts from factory plus some other stuff from other sites....I'm hoping to put the coffman up for sale tonight or tomorrow.
I also need the silicone elbow for the stinger to waterbox.
Where would be the best place to buy it? eBay? I saw Big Kahuna, i think it was, who posted he get's his from here Verocious Motorsports...
