Spent the day sweating my butt off trying to get the stunt "hole" in the water. As others have figured out,the BOB is a lot easier to work on! The chamber had to go in before the engine,so when you install the engine it was a tight squeeze.l had the pipe powder coated so l had to wrap it in a towel to keep from messing it up.And while on the pipe Staton out istunt hull 145.jpgn Cali did the powdwr coating and did a great job.He and his staff are very accommodating.Anyone thinking of doing that will be very happy stunt hull 143.jpgwith the results! Going to spend part of the day connecting up alot of fuel and water lines.

So l'm close.............Some pics for ya's:stunt hull 144.jpg

Ok,l don't know why the pic are all over the place.Anyone know how l screwed up?

Hey Chuck, how do l run two return lines off the carbs.Use the small tee xcream included in the setup for the carbs?

It looks reaaly nice,
I like the way you put the pole bolts with the nuts inside.

get it done,
props bro

lt looks clean, but the nuts being on the inside will probably wear a hole thru the tubes.Have not decided yet to keep it that way.

WOW , Idid not know u using XS motor, What size, That Hole will flip with that much Braap.!!!!!

The "Mighty 735"! Duel 46's and limited b pipe.lt ain't a 865,but l think it will work just fine!

How is the BOB doing? l wish mine had a cool name other than the "hole".............

After thinking about your pole bracket for a while, I should have done mine like that. I have MAJOR clearance issues even after grinding my pole to hell, Ill have to run my limiting rope super tight to keep it from ripping off my front end.

Well...was this the WEEKEND?

Quick answer is nope.l did get to work on it Saturday for a while, between my in-laws coming over to pick up furniture and clothing for a garage sale.Always a pleasure seeing them! lol

Ended up (stunt hole owners will know this) losing the hose connection between the resonator and stinger. That sucked for two hours! Finally got it back on.....

But l came up with a problem of my own making. When l mocked up the cooling lines and placed them in the tunnel, the (looking from the rear) line on the left(original water intake) is not lining up.The only l think l can do is drill the back side of the water pick up and add another barbed fitting.l'm a little hesitant to do this cause l don't know how much metal there is?

Anyone ever do this?

Just wait until you get it out on the water and the hose blows off the waterbox or off the pipe chamber...LOVE IT!!

I understand where you are and what you're talking about but I have no idea what you mean by "not lining up" and "I don't know how much metal there is". You ran a bulkhead and foam right?

Looking good Don!

Thanks!

what type of hose are you using for the exhaust?

Using some hose l found at carquest.Gates makes it,called Vulco.Looks to be marine grade without the wire inside.Sold by the foot and comes in different sizes.Nice stuff.

And to address my post #256.Sometimes l suck at trying to explain poop.Ok most of the time.Whenever l drilled and installed my cooling lines in the hull,l misjudged the placement of the lines.Pretty much put them too low.But another member told me to flip the mid section of the pump 180 degrees and this would position everything correctly.lt all worked out!

And you other stunt hole owners, please keep on my azz to get this bitch finished! l'm lazy........
And anyone else that feels the need.
