start Thanks Tom, I'm not there but I'll send him the specs to test the electrics, hopefully he has a meter with him. He also said it stalled on him a few times but fired right back up. I told him to pull the ebox apart and check connections.

My buddy just called, he's a 100 miles away. His sj will start as long as the start putton is pushed, as soon as you let go it stalls. I'm not there to check it out, any suggestions that I can tell him to check? Thanks

leak mine was cracked in front of the intake grate @3" forward and about 10" long. When it sat in the water you could see it coming in(with the hood off)

how about a backer plate inside the pole that you could thread, use screws instead of rivets, and some sort of epoxy, that worked on my stocker until I upgraded. Just a thought

Is your comp gauge accurate? I've got a stock bore 701, b-pipe limited, sport ported, ada w/35 domes, and 185 comp, (msd doesn't matter on comp). Mine #'s are with a snap-on gauge, that has been re-certed with snap-on last year.

I'm puttin' my money on Pancake, when the comp gets tough, he goes crazy. The tougher the comp, the bigger he throws. East Coast bringin' it.

I've had no problem at all, My ski is even Pancake approved, I'm using a WDK diablo hood. Haven't sank it yet. I'll try harder. Foaming question, I don't know. I cut mine apart before the refoam so Impossible to answer even about the 45 , sorry

I used 5200 on the bulkhead, And marinetex on the exit, I ground the hull and pvc at @45 degree angle and filled with the marinetex, and sanded smooth. but I also was refoaming at the time, so I west system'd with woven roven on the inside around the tube. No leaks what so ever, and I don't...

From what I've seen in the past with the plastic liners, you need a little run time for the prop to machine itself into place, in order to be able to spin it by hand. Plastic liners in my opinion are for people who beach alot, leave it in the water on a floating dock, or who just don't maintain...
