^ stock pole is cheapest. otherwise you could get a PFracing/ goose pole setup. would be only 300-400 for an aluminum pole.

Fill with 3m 5200? might be simplest solution idk how crazy you wanna get with the nose sometimes turns out way different than planned. seen it happen to a few guys already

Ha i got lucky hood i chopped and reshaped already had liner removed when i picked it up from the guy.

You would have to remove the liner and install litte buckets under the hold to avoind water in there. Wouldn't be bad to make a new liner anyhow stock one is heavy.

my guess would be hooker 9/15 for low end, that is what your looking for right? otherwise just call him nice guy and only takes 5 mins.

62t/61x 701 freestyle porting, stock 38's, ada girdled head, b pipe, fp waterbox, modified stock CDI low end brap for freestyle is basically what im going for. im pretty sure you dont want anything but a 9/15 for anything under 800 i believe that would be over proping the ski.

Imho you might spend more than its worth to rebuild the motor. so a swap for a 650 or 550 reed motor seems the most logical to me.

Almost sounds like its gonna be more than its worth to try and fix up an old 550 motor. could always do a 650 motor swap. nice silver motor for like 400 bones right now over on pwctoday which is a killer deal. many build threads for the swap on pwctoday.com

Ive seen guys flip them with just b-pipes and shortened hulls off V-wakes you could start with a b-pipe, hooker prop, etc. you could have your motor ported or bored out to get alot of brap out of it. porting can be done by yourself with sport port templates or you can send it to x-scream or art...
