Kinda hard to see, but the black lines are where the holes should have been. Pretty far off from the factory. Would've rather had them just not tap any holes so I didn't waste my time trying to get the motor to align properly on the old mount locations. It was that far off on all 4 mounts...

Their pre-drilled holes on the bed plates came nowhere near where the motor mounts needed to be for my setup. I put the motor in with the mounts attached to the motor but not bolted to the bed plates. I got the motor/midshaft aligned perfectly, then marked where the motor mounts needed to sit on...

Mine wasn't cut, I had to cut the exhaust hose from the b-pipe to the water box, that's pretty standard I believe. The other hose from the water box to the exhaust outlet was perfect tho. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I had to drill and tap all new holes on the motor mount plates. The holes from the factory were so far off. Mine came with a pole pad on it. I used a workout mat from target under my gas tank, I think I posted that on a limited slip thread. Make sure you double check that all your hardware is...

I put my bilge under the midshaft, on the port side of the boat. Then ran it up that side and out. Primer I ran above my ebox, mine was mounted in the same spot as cam_lg. There's a photo of mine on one of the earlier pages. Worked like a charm.
