Awesome work! I'd be too scared to do anything to my skis If you're still looking for powdercoat, I could probably do a good price for ya. I'll be at the races. I did my whole engine not long ago

I have a "air time products" scupper valve. Works good, I can't say anything bad about it other that it leaks a little bit when it's just floating in the water ( which I've heard from multiple people that almost all scuppers leak)

I'm trying to get everything for an open ski. I have plans on a one-off ski. I doubt I'll have it ready for the races but I'm going to try! Aiming to have a water test by September if it all works out

Super Jet Basic B*tch Superjet Build

I would add some layers on the inside of the engine bay so it allows more water to exit out the scupper and not get trapped by the firewall. I'm sure I could get a photo of the way mine is if you'd like

What's the value of this engine?

That's funny, there was a guy came to my house one time delivering furniture of some kind. The two delivery guys saw one of my 550's dropped the furniture and went "NO WAY! I haven't seen one of these in years!" Wish I was there to witness it Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    SXR Tow Taps

If you were to tow it behind you would have to block of your water lines entering your engine. It cools from the water pressure your pump creates. When it's being towed it was water flowing through the pump creating a similar scenario, which in turn floods your engine. Like @Harbor mentioned it...
