If you need any inspiration here's my build thread - built it as a carbon 62t and then went GP1200 based. Some videos at the end as well..

Mine is built and on the way, hope I like it! Anymore pictures?
Not sure I get the versa plus and scupper? does it have foam under the tray or not? I guess the trays leak on all skis eventually - this just gets round the problem and avoids it getting heavy I guess?
Are you not planning on a 90' on the end of it and straight through the firewall and into a rear water box and then out the back? Always try and shorterned the the exhaust run. The longer the run the more resistance in the pipe and the more power you loose..
Should see a bit better bottom end if motor is loaded hard and not picking up quickly. I would speculate at a little loss top end, interested to see the results on GPS, keep us posted
Yes it's an excellent pipe and the 62T/62T is the best twin platform for the B1.. You'll need to run a rear waterbox (out the Raider) and punch through the firewall. It's not a biggie and well worth the effort.
Also make sure your stinger is nice and clear (blow through pipe) and change you check valve as a minimum ;)
Lots more in the build doc I just mailed you..
