i love my jettribe jacket.. it is a great wind barrier and reatins some heat, but as for heat retention i would look to the slippery, jet pilot, and i believe quakesense has one also made from neoprene.. the tribe jacket is also great to wear out and about as a light jacket when not riding

I SWAP OUT THE PIVOT BOLTS ON THE 550'S TO THE 650's all the time.. should be no different on the 800..

the pivot bolts will thread out.. a pipe wrench or vise works well

in the long run displacement is displacement, stock for stock 760 is more power. with any modifications done properly either one will be a substancial improvement.

elaborate please!!!!!!!!!!!!! the 760 cases are 62t the cylinders are 62t the bore is larger ( 760) bigger sleeves the 701 comes in a 62t cases, cyl, smaller sleeves other than the pistons and the electronics where id the big difference in parts availability?
