yup, it's the pipe that runs from the firewall to the rear exit of the boat, not sure what water box you have but as long as its 2&3/8 in and out its fine, my 95 was 2&3/8 up to the thru pipe so yours may be too

Is your boat the SN in your avatar? If so a mod I just did to mine that made a big difference is change out the stock thru pipe to a RN pipe, 1&7/8 vs 2&3/8, rad dudes sells them cheap if you can't find a used one

If JM doesn't have oem cranks then buy a new one, nothing can compare, pro-x pistons or oem should be the only road you travel, wiesco are junk

I've not noticed any change in flat cornering, I can still flat spin, 180 hopps, nose stabs, subs with no issues. I mounted mine 1/2" up so mabe that helps, I've mainly noticed great stability in ruff water and in corners you can lay it over like an sxr and carve instead of just sliding out

Your Solas I prop will be the best for that boat, between the I and J, probly the best props for those boats still today, a hooker 9/15 would be better but not worth the extra money to upgrade from the I prop on a stock boat
