    Prop choices

Disagree, tested a 10/16 on a limited superjet and it wasn't just my opinion but also a few others that the boat was only about two butterfingers shy of pulling the 10/16, being we are at 5,000ft (25% less power) the 10/16 would be the prop of choice for that boat racing at sealevel, every boat...

    Prop choices

9/15 on a stock motor is perfect for racing, a 10/16 would probly be a touch big for a limited but great for a full mod, call impros and I'd be surprised if they didn't suggest a 9/15, do your intake and ride plate first and see how you like it before you get a prop, stock 08 and newer aren't...

Hooker 9/15 or mabe a hooker 9/15, did I mention hooker 9/15? I props (14.5/18 i think?) are simlar and defiantly cheaper but 9/15 will be the last one you buy unless you some how break it

Place to learn jetski repair in CT for yamaha Superjet

+1, you will learn more reading on here than a guy would at itt tech about skis, it's always nice to have a good group of friends to ride with being that most stand-up guys turn their own wrenches, if you don't know any riders just go to lake, standup riders stick together and I personally enjoy...

What life jackets are you bigger 220+ guys wearing?

Indeed they are, that big ole pad is a chest protector, I've been using the jetpilots for years and love them, at 6'2 200 I'm usually so far over the front of the boat in corners that my hand pole smacks my chest so hard I've gotten the wind knocked out me several times but not once have I...

Super Jet Boring nozzle worth it?

I run stubby cone(blue blowsion) 85mm nozzle from zero, hooker prop, worx 201 on a stock pump and have no cavatation issues, made my SN more responsive and snappy feeling, felt that the power hit was stronger moved lower in throttle curve, it was worth doing for me at least

    Cir clip sizes?

Ohh ya, like I said I had doubts
  12. lanmine657

    Cir clip sizes?

Same clips are used for multiple applications but each brand has there own size of groove that is cut for clip to rest in, that's why they don't interchange, just a fraction off and they can pop out. That's what I just told, guess ill wait till next week

    Cir clip sizes?

Just found out its big no no, brands don't interchange

    Cir clip sizes?

Any one know if cir clips are interchangeable between brands? Like would oem clips work in pro-x or other way around? Trying to get a motor together by the weekend and all I have is oem Kawi450 clips to put in pro-x Yamaha 82mm, are clips just a generic size? The Kawi clips match up to the pro-x...

94 Square Nose Handling for Racing

Bottom of my ride plate, its a extended protec that I cut grooves, just like a groovy but longer, I also think the worx 201 is a better option than your jet dynamics intake aswell

94 Square Nose Handling for Racing

I like 3's with ODI grips, plenty wide, as far as shims for your ride plate, just add some washers to the rear bolts between plate and hull, just one will make a noticeable change

94 Square Nose Handling for Racing

If you have a chance ride someone's boat with 0's, personally I hate them, make my hands cramp and hurt my back, I'm 6'2 200

94 Square Nose Handling for Racing

Tubbies are a must, add some grooves to your rideplate similar to a riva groovey and cut two triangle holes twords the rear of the plate on the angled part of the plate not the bottom, you can tryout adding shims on the rear bolts which helps push down the front, good in rough water but gets...
