I think they'll work assuming the set comes with the correct size/diameter.... I have the C-man spline box end wrench set and it works so don't see those not working.
But IMO the actual one made for it is best as it lets you bite down on it with a vise vs. holding two wrenches.
Either way, $10...
Where the lanyard up on your arm left arm vs around your wrist. This way you can easily grab the plug with one hand vs two and it keeps the slack out of the way when riding.
And always wear your lanyard, never zip tie. If there's reason to not wear then get a second key and keep tied to the bars.
here's a suggestion.... don't do this:
Just mark out a spot in the center ride area for the contest, like X number of feet or whatever, and leave the side areas open to anyone else that wants to keep riding.
Flat turf wouldn't look so bad IMO. If done right with no seems.
Personally I'd just rattle can it. Rustoleum Appliance Epoxy is very duras and easy to touch up.
A generic hauling/trailer forum like BK said would be cool.
As for reducing that's easy from my POV...
- Flatwater/FreeRide/Surf should be one forum. 300 posts in the one shows there's no dire need.
- My Ski & Buildups combined.
- Half the ski forums can be combined. Just make Yamaha...
I think Lenzi offered these a couple years back but seems his site is gone... these look nicer and way less $$$. I'd suggest more then 5mm neo for the bottom though.
Wonder what cost would be to "check" one of these onto a plane after you got the gas and battery out?
I wouldn't be worried about frames, granted your's is a different case, rather the receiver hitch itself. I'd assume most of them are coming offshore (China?) and would question metal & welding integrities.
That said I have a homebrew carrier (overkill) and used it on a full sized vehicle...
General consensus is that adding a 12" hitch extender cuts 1/3 towing & tongue weight capacity. You can do the math from there...
Why not throw the spare in the back? Keep it close to the bumper, and keep it safe.
To what? Sand?
I remember you saying you had to get a stress crack welded... same place? Still like that one better than the xmetal I swapped it out for. Now stock is best imo.
Old news there and not practical...
- not everyone rides shore break
- not everyone launches from the beach, who wants to tote crap around and "setup" filming
- and most places you're gonna need a bodyguard to protect your equipment mind as well call them a photographer
Whatever markets they're showing TB vs Phi game. Since the games in TB they were showing footage from the local area.
They showed more again later in the game... Both times it was two guys on kdx's with focus on Stoyer busting flips and rolls.
Coming back from commercial break in the Eagles-Bucs game they were showing freestyle and even credited Team Scream.
And of course I then had to explain to friends watching with me why I can't do that.
