Check this pic... Looks EXACTLY the same as the underside of my ski with tubbies molded on, well, apart from the deeper strakes. I guess it's no surprise considering JD was test riding one of these quite a while ago...

On a full limited setup, I went from a stock CDI to a total loss system and I didn't change a single thing. It was pretty much spot on the money. I would have thought I might have needed to jet up, but, it works, and I'm leaving it that way.

I always used the following curve on a limited setup with extnsive porting. This curve is great for freestyle, but if you are running a dry pipe, or plan on racing it, you might get Advent to re-program the curve so it starts to drop off at around 4 - 4500k

Yeah, it's normal. Mine did exactly the same. I had to toghten the hell out of the pole bolt just to keep it semi-sticky. Now, when I have the ski in the garage, I tie the pole down. It's getting better slowly.
