You can find spreadsheets all over the internet for any stroke/rod length combo possible. These will give you piston height in inches and mm. If you don't trust the spreadsheet check it with a degree wheel. The piston height will vary depending on stroke and rod length. Timing, in degrees...

Super easy to install MSD connectors on this wire. I'm not sure how good a connection you'd get with this wire on an OE coil.

This is the helically wound MSD wire. It's the very best plug wire made, IMO. Not very convenient for using as replacement OE wires, though. http://www.msdpowersports.com/spark_plug_wires.html

What resin system(epoxy or VE) are you using? Clear gel in mold? I assume there will be many coats of clear urethane ahead?

What are the details of each package? Bore/stroke of each? What cylinder(OEM or aftermarket) is used on each? Parts included?

Pull the plunger back and spray wd-40 in both barbs and pump until it begins working. Sometimes it'll take a few rounds of this, but I've never had to replace one because what you're describing. Ask Kennay.......:loser:

The easiest way is to use a piston to push the ring down into the bore so you can be sure it's square.

According to some builders...... Since a direct comparison(with no other variables) between FT and domed motors is almost impossible, the flat top theory is really only a theory. Flat top motors don't always produce more power over otherwise similar domed motors and the reverse is also true...

The first pic is the location of the fuel tank rubber bumber. The two bosses locate the piece. It's held down with two sheet metal screws. The second pic should be mounting holes for the dash panel like you thought. It's(was) riveted in place. The e-box mounts ARE set off center.:veryhappy:

That's right. It can work in any stroke config you desire. The 8mm version uses the base spacer more to account for the long rod than for the additional stroke. Since it comes with the sleeves uninstalled it's easy to deck the top and/or bottom to achieve the port timing needed. They can...
