where do i measure them at? is it the top of the carb where the FA bolts on? or at the base where it bolts to the intake? at the top the ID measures 46.59mm at the bottom the ID measures 45.28mm so are they 44's or 46's? thanks

if all else fails and you have exhausted every other option you need to remove the part with the broken bolt and find a Machine Shop with an EDM machine and they can EDM the broken one out for you easily with out messing up the threads. EDM- electrical discharge machine good luck
