If you thin the crap out of the sealer like I do so it's easier to get it to lay flat (2-1-1) you could probably do both skis with one quart.

After doing that mod to my old square I would not recommend it. I like the way it looks but I don't think it's possible to do it without gaining weight, sacrificing strength or keeping the ski watertight.
They are heavier than an OEM RN pole but a large portion of the weight is at the beefcake base so they still feel pretty light. The pole pad is also built into the pole.
I got a new (haha) square lined up since I don't feel like doing repairs to my hull. I'll probably just install some footholds and sponsons and repaint it. If I'm feeling frisky and rich I'll put together a limited 62T 701 for it.
