It appears as if you're going to reinvent the Yamaha 63M 1100 front flywheel cover for the 62T cases with the e-box mounted on top?

Blaster thoughts . . . please on a 1100 blaster for surf riding

Nice to see you went with the Yamaha 1100 instead of the Kawasaki 1100. The Yamaha flywheels each have a different crank trigger plate length for the pick-up sensors on the 63M 1100 and 65U 1200 engines. If you need to have your 63M flywheel lightened and trigger plate modified just let me know.

FX-1 FX-1 Wide tray with footholds kit.

Nice work... looks very similar to the ones I made for the SJ a long time ago. Now you just need to make a front foothold so you can ride surf stance.

    Other Wiseco pistons

When you are purchasing one of the most important parts for your engine it would be wise to stay away from eBay auctions. Wiseco has changed the design quite a few times of their pistons, wrist pins, ring etc. It would be safer to buy them from a reputable dealer as a complete kit so the serial...

Other Solas trim system with adjustable exit diameters. Updated pics

The spacer is a A/M part not supplied from Solas and is only needed when you're using the Solas mag with a Non-Solas reduction nozzle to eliminate the gap between them.

Other Solas trim system with adjustable exit diameters. Updated pics

That's just an image from the Solas and Impros placed their logo on top. I tried to locate parts for the Solas trim setups when they first came out but no one stocks the replacement parts separate.

Other Solas trim system with adjustable exit diameters. Updated pics

I could make those rings and anodize them in different colors but the only problem is that the larger the diameter you make them in size it would increase the tapered angle from the recessed area inner diameter. Also I believe the reduction nozzles will only work with the Solas stainless pumps...

    Super Jet Flywheel comparisons

Most of my stock lightened flywheels are within a half-pound or three quarters of a pound comparison between the lightest aluminum flywheels of the same type. The aluminum charging flywheels are more than five times the price of a lightened stocker which are more prone to failure with cracking...

SXR What's the best way to run in a fresh 2 stroke motor

Most high performance car manufacturers recommend synthetic oils after the break-in period.

SXR What's the best way to run in a fresh 2 stroke motor

Synthetic oil does not let the rings sit in and form to the cylinder walls like convention oils.

SXR What's the best way to run in a fresh 2 stroke motor

. . New Engine/Top-End Break-In Period Note: NONE of the engine break-in can be done out of the water! Proper break-in of your engine is the most critical aspect for determining the longevity and performance of your engine. Engines not properly broken-in will often fail within the first...

Freestyle Maxx Magnum pump or Scat Trak Magnum pump for Kawasaki ???

Solas manufactures an all stainless 148mm 12-vane mag for the 900-1100's that sells for around $850 and it could be easily modified to fit the SXR hulls with some new mounting points. You would need to use the Kawasaki 900-1100 148mm reduction nozzle since the SXR only measures 140mm inside.

SXR SXR vs massive underwater rocks

Actually the "Oh poop" at the end of the video seemed more appropriate and you might want to install some titanium skid plates on your next run.

Super Jet Anyone running a NYNJA chamber in a SN?

The TNT superstock chamber requires the compression to be lower than 180-psi and works well with engines that have higher port timing. Have you tried the Blaster Mod chamber yet; they're a more readily available.

Freestyle Maxx Magnum pump or Scat Trak Magnum pump for Kawasaki ???

If you're going the mag pump route, why would you only want to increase the size to 1mm by installing a 145mm? I would just use the Solas 144mm mag and save some cash.
