Like crab said. make sure the pink wire is not grounding out. It will cause about a 1500RPM rev limiter problem.

Had a stainless steel gastank with stainless straps the front of it that held the bottle. Down side was that they don't make the solenoids in alum or stainless. It's not my ski, but I'll try to get some pics & post them up.

kawa 650's take the same stlye bendix as almost all Yamaha's except WR500. A bendix from almost any kawa will work, except the 550/440. polaris and some seadoos use the same compatible bendix also.

You need to find out why it burned up the head gasket & overheated that cyl. I would also check the squish once you put it back together. You may have been pushing too much compression and not not realized it. IDK, but I'd bet it's not safe to run 190psi in a heavy couch. Were you running 93oct...
