Those look right and Jenson is good. Good customer service. You can probably get within a couple of dollars at the local bike shop, though. Shipping is high everywhere now.
I'd say give him a buzz. You might have to try a couple of times. This is the busiest time of the year. When you do get him, he'll be glad to help you out. Not just Art, but most competent tuners can get you squared away if they have the complete picture. I'm not knocking the previous owner or...
My ECWI sprayer is 1/16" pipe thread also. 1/16" pipe thread does not mean the sprayer uses 1/8" hose. To my knowledge no one makes a sprayer that uses 1/8" hose. The correct drill size for 1/16" pipe threads is "C"(.242"). You would also have a difficult time tapping the sprayer for a mikuni...
I have the Blowsion one way in my OE hull and dual XFT's in my XFT hull. Neither leak at all. One thing I do when I install them myself is put the scupper location inside the hull at the VERY bottom. I use pvc and angled fittings to connect it to the rear of the boat so that the tubing rises...

If that's the squish with an .040 base gasket, then the squish should be .040 with the stock gasket(.020). Not sure why it wouldn't be. Who did the machine work on the motor?
I had the same problem on my 750sx. The filler neck itself was cracked and over time a good bit of water got in the tank. Mine was cracked on the outside of the boat between the flange and the threads. It was hard to see so it took me a while to find it.
If you haven't had problems yet, you will before it's all over. The couplers turn the entire engine compartment into a huge mist storm if there's much water in there at all. You should get one ASAP.
Riding at Orange Beach with Tricky and crew. I run out of gas just inside the pass. Tricky tows me for half a mile or so and then he runs out of gas. Luckily I stashed fuel at Meadlock's so we end up walking down the highway in all our gear, get gas and the story ends well.:smoker:
