A square nose superjet cover will fit the Badass & Titan hulls reasonably well (not perfect, but better than nothing).
The FX1 really needs an OEM or aftermarket cover made for that specific hull.
The Speedwerx Pipes (Yamaha and Kawasaki) were designed as dry pipes and work very well as dry pipes. I've never heard of anyone having good results injecting water at the manifold on either the Superjet or the SXi Pro dry pipes.
I would leave it dry.
Tim,
Would it be possible to make stinger reducers (like the 33mm & 25mm reducers Factory pipe used to offer for the Type 9) for the V2 & V3 chambers, or would the existing stinger have to be cut off and replaced?
Is there grease on the fracture surface in the area directly above your pinky finger in your picture?
Most of that fracture surface shows torsional overload but the dark area on the fracture surface makes me suspicious that it may have been cracked for some period of time prior to the failure...
If that is an OEM driveshaft, I wouldn't worry about it. Yamaha utilizes a rotary friction welding process to join the two sections of their drive shafts. This process displaces up to 1/4" of material on each piece when the two parts are fused together and that excess material is sheared or...
John Quast at Speedwerx would probably be able to tell you more. The coupler and mounts look a lot more like the Coffman's but the shape is very similar to a Speedwerx expansion chamber (without the outer water jacket).
Sorry, this is off topic, but do you know what the history is on your pipe? It looks like the Hedlund cone pipe that the Speedwerx superjet pipes originated from.

This will solve that problem. You can open or close your garage door from anywhere with your phone or tablet and you can set preferences in...
That manifold certainly appears to be for one of Tim's new pipes. PFP manifolds don't have a taper on the I.D. of the outlet like that. You will have to match that taper on the O.D. of any insert you plan to use and the insert will have to be welded in.
Without having the ability to try the motors on your list before buying one, I would put a LOT more weight on the feedback and suggestions coming from people who have owned,or at very least ridden something other than the brand they are trying to sell you on.
