i kind of want to model each of them in Inventor and put them through varioius FEA analysis. If its loaded perfectly in the center then it all comes down to the main support tube coming out of the hitch.
Wish I could come, had my ride all together ready to rip last weekend and no spark. got a coil on the way and hate to bring it to the free ride without some test riding.
got it ordered and its on its way. I couldnt believe they were completely gone! i stuck a wire in both ends and tested spark and sure enough it worked again!
So last summer was the last time I ran the ski and it started and ran great. Got the entire setup swapped into a newer hull and went to start it tonight. no spark/very weak intermediate spark. Went through the basics and then found that right outside the grommet there was resistance from there...
I want to ride next weekend. will be the first time all year since i started from scratch with an empty hull and tons of missing parts! You will see it in November!
550: are you running parallel cooling or both lines into the bottom of the mani?
Im running parallel setup as well and have considered the risk of the engine line becoming clogged. I normally keep an eye on the pissers and if one looks weak its probably a sign of being clogged. If it would stop pissing all together then you know you have a problem....
From my...
I am doing the same thing very soon. Any idea if reciepts are required upon a total loss even to prove the value or they just pay what you inputed as its worth?

you def want the head to go to the bottom headpipe fitting. otherwise you end up with large air pockets in the headpipe waterchannels that get little/no water to cool. by letting it fill up from the bottom up it means the water channels are al completely fully and getting flow. Plus the...
